Our work however does not stop here. We supervise all the buying and
selling process, begining with the selection and search of the house,
followed by the administrative paper work: writing contracts, signatures at
the notary and change of name for utilities. In other words, from begining
to end. To help us in our task, we have a multilingual team able to speak
Spanish, French, German, English, Italian and Valenciano. The purchase of
a house is an important decision that must be free from any
misunderstanding or confusion.

At Andrea & Olaf we have a plan : sell your house. This is our main
