Year 2013 " In 2013 we were looking to buy a property in Spain. We wanted to buy something at the Costa Blanca. As we own and manage a gastronomic restaurant in Belgium, we wanted to find a typical Spanish house in a quiet neighborhood with good restaurants and bars not too far away. Through family we became friends with Andrea and Olaf of the Immo Agency. We explained them our requests about finding a house for us. Only a few days later Andrea called us to visit several houses and the day after we bought a nice hacienda on the hill of Javea, with its nice mix of traditional old town and trendy coast. Andrea and Olaf speak Spanish, French, English and German and they are always happy to help us whenever we have questions or problems. For a package rate they also take care of the cleaning of our house and swimming pool and maintenance of the garden. So, when we come to our house in Spain, everything is always nice and clean. The beds are dressed, the fridge is turning and the beer is cold! So we feel immediately at home, which is the most important feeling after weeks of hard work in Belgium! We are so happy to have chosen for Andrea and Olaf!"
